Verify Condition
Ensure all wallpaper rolls are unopened, in their original shrink-wrap, and include the batch number labels to qualify for a full refund.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the quantity of rolls you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in their original box or a sturdy equivalent to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your Return Authorization Number on the outside.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
